1. Definitions

  • "Coach", "we", "our", "us" – Redas Brukas Academy.
  • "Client", "you", "your" – the individual purchasing Coaching or the 90‑Day Blueprint.
  • "Programme" – either the 1‑to‑1 Online Coaching package or the 90‑Day Blueprint.
  • "Services" – all content, training plans, nutrition guidance, messaging support and digital materials delivered.

2. Eligibility & Health Disclaimer

  1. You confirm you are 18 years or older and free from any medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
  2. Always seek professional medical advice before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme.
  3. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk; the Coach is not liable for injuries, illness or damages arising from your use of the Services.

3. Payment & Access

a) 1‑to‑1 Online Coaching

  • Billing: £159.99 per month (or amount shown at checkout) via Stripe subscription.
  • Start date: access begins once first payment is processed.
  • Ongoing payments: auto‑bill monthly until cancelled (see § 6).

b) 90‑Day Blueprint

  • Billing: one‑time payment (price shown at checkout).
  • Access: access within 24 hours to the full 90‑day plan inside Trainerize once payment is confirmed.

4. Results & Guarantees

  • We provide evidence‑based guidance; results vary by individual adherence, genetics and lifestyle.
  • 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the 1-1 coaching within 14 days of purchase, email rbrukas@gmail.com for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All workouts, meal guides, videos, PDFs and app content are copyright © Redas Brukas Academy.
  • You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use the material.
  • Resale, distribution or public sharing is prohibited.

6. Cancellation & Pausing

Coaching

  • Cancel any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing us; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Pausing can be arranged once per 6‑month block for up to 4 weeks (notice required: 3 days).

Blueprint

  • As a one‑time product, cancellation or any requests for a refund do not apply.

7. Conduct & Community

Be respectful in all communications. Abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour may result in account suspension without refund.

8. Privacy

  • We handle personal data in line with the Privacy Policy (see separate link). We will never sell your data.
  • Trainerize stores workout and nutrition data; by using the Programme you agree to Trainerize's privacy terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability of the Coach will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Programme.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
